Supportive yoga designed to help women restore strength, reconnect with their bodies, and recover with care after birth. Classes focus on core and pelvic stability, posture, hormone balance, breathwork, gentle mobility, and healing support for diastasis recti (DR).

Hi, I’m Janny — a yoga teacher passionate about helping people move with more ease, strength, and awareness.
My teaching focuses on supportive movement, posture, recovery, and sustainable wellbeing through gentle, mindful yoga practices. I create calm and welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and build balance from within.
I believe that when the body is supported and balanced, it has an incredible ability to heal itself.
Janny Trang Le Yoga offers restorative and postnatal yoga in Ponteland and online, supporting women to move with more ease, strength, and balance in daily life.
My classes include in-person yoga workshops, evening online Zoom sessions, and private 1:1 yoga sessions tailored to individual needs such as posture, back pain, neck tension, and recovery after birth.
Each session focuses on gentle, supportive movement, breathwork, and mindful techniques to help release tension, improve posture, and build sustainable wellbeing.
Whether you are new to yoga or returning after a break, my approach is calm, accessible, and adapted to your body. The aim is to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and more comfortable in your own movement.
Based in Ponteland, I welcome clients from surrounding areas including Newcastle and nearby communities, as well as online clients across the UK.
